Great place but staff need training Positive: Great guest house but the staff not up to standard. We asked if we could change our room from upstairs to downstairs because my husband has cancer and battles to get up the stairs. The staff tried to get hold of somebody to ask but nobody answered the phone and they were clueless as to what to do. We were happy to pay extra but they didn’t know what to do. Very disappointing…. So we ended up having to use the upstairs room Negative: No tissues in the tissue box and no soap in the shower dispenser

Positive: Breakfast

Overpriced at £85 plus. Positive: Breakfast was average but when I asked for fruit juice and coffee was only allowed one or the other without paying additionally Negative: See above re coffee:juice. No TV channels available Toilet not very clean.

Positive: The room was very beautiful and spacious . The breakfast was very delicious, and the staff were very friendly. Negative: The idea of not having a bar fridge in the room. The weather temp was like approximately 40 degrees when I was there.

Positive: The place is amazing, the rooms are great and the staff is very friendly. Negative: The shower in my room was very small, but manageable
