Our stay was great, however the cot situation could have been rectified. Positive: What i liked about the establishment was the friendliness of staff, cleanliness of the place as well as just the overall look form the time to enter the location. Negative: Nothing much apart form when i requested the cot, i didnt get a cot but actually got a single bed for my 1 year old. she ended up not sleeping on the floor but rather with us on the bed.

Positive: The spacious room Negative: The TV channels, you need your own account to login to DSTV, Netflix, ECT.

Positive: The hotel is very clean and calming. The breakfast was tasty and well prepared. The bathroom is very clean. The bed, not so much the pillows, is very comfortable. Negative: The bathroom basin is on the other side of the bedroom which is very odd and impractical. The soup holder in the bathroom is quite high (at eye level) and has sharp edges made showering an uncomfortable experience. There is not enough space to store one's clothes.

We received great hospitality and excellent service at the Palms boutique hotel. Positive: Our stay at Palms Boutique Hotel was made truly special by the wonderful hospitality we received. We were warmly welcomed by Sindi, who was incredibly friendly and went out of her way to make us feel comfortable. She kindly allowed us to use the dining lounge for lunch, which we really appreciated and which added a personal touch to our stay. The following morning, Sindi and Gift served us a delicious, filling breakfast before we checked out. Their kindness, attentiveness, and genuine care made our experience memorable. We would definitely recommend Palms Boutique Hotel for its excellent service and welcoming atmosphere. Negative: Nothing
