Our stay was a little underwhelming Positive: The pool looked nice . I didn’t get to experience it . Negative: Pictures of the facilities are very flattering .

Wonderful stay, will definitely return. Positive: Really nice hotel. Clean, modern with everything you need. Great communication as well.

Awesome Gem Positive: The place is amazing, rooms are clean & spacious. The esthetics are amazing. The decor is on point. So modern with the touch of fresh flowers & plants all around, the staff is so friendly & accommodating. The welcome nougat was a cherry on the top. We were really spoilt especially as it was fathers day & youth day wkend. We loved it..... Negative: Tv in our 2nd room didnt work at all. The TV facing sideways to the main bed was definitely something awkward. Made it hard to see or watch. The bed poles were also an obstruction to watch. Wifi was also a huge let down. Whilst watching a movie & bonding as a fam, it went out & were told it was going to be only fixed a day after we depart, which meant we ddnt have wifi for our entire stay. Definete bummer......The The sink being outside the bathroom was a bit weird for us. The bed is gorgeous, but really hard & not comfy. For such a lovely place, am sure adding a comfy mattress would add more value for longer stays.
